We are a team of knuckleheads and meatheads dedicated to stupid good barbecue- start to finish. We are focused on the basics and building our community up in the process.

Stupid Good Meats

We start with Certified Angus Beef Brisket and Local Pork Butts using a simple salt and pepper rub and smoked all night over local, Alamance County Hickory wood. Every night, all night, and served until we run out.

“A Thanksgiving Miracle,” organized by the Pattersons and Swannanoa Christian Church, is about more than a meal – it’s about building community and showing love to our neighbors at the foot of Black Mountain.⁠
